About Pembroke Isles
Pembroke Isles, in Pembroke Pines, Florida, is a master-planned gated community made up of 10 neighborhoods west of I-75 on NW 172nd Avenue. This culturally rich community was built on the site of the old Miami-Hollywood Speedway and Motorsports Park. Pembroke Isles has eight singe-family home subdivisions which include The Preserve, The Sanctuary, The Pointe, The Reserve, The Cove, The Breakers, Breakers Estates and The Enclave. Of course, you don’t have to leave Pembroke Isles to have a fun and very active day. As anyone who’s checked out the many lake-front real estate listings can tell you, Pembroke Isles is rich in lakes and lake-view property. Even better, the community invites residents and visitors to spend the day fishing and boating on the many Pembroke Isles lakes. Step inside the community clubhouse Club Pembroke Isles and you will find more activities than you can possibly fit into a single day’s itinerary. Basketball, tennis, handball and volleyball courts invite the sports enthusiast to take a second look, while the fitness center, complete with exercise machines and an aerobics room, calls to the workout warrior in the family. The club’s sitting area is a great place to relax with free coffee from the coffee bar and a book from the community library. Outside, residents and their guests can catch some rays on the club’s natural sand beach stretching down to one of the many lakes. While swimming isn’t allowed, taking full advantage of the beach for its sun and sand is heartily encouraged. If swimming is on your agenda, the club also features three pools, one for children and families, one for adults 18 and older and a competition pool for lessons and swim meets. Separated by generous, attractive landscaping, these three club pools satisfy everyone looking to spend a day in the water.
