Neighborhood Stabilization Programs (NSP)
The Browanrd County Neighborhood Stabilization Program provides purchase money assistance to home buyers who qualify. The purchase money can by used to pay up to 50% of the purchase price of the home you purchase in the citie's designated redevelopment zone. Then NSP program also offers a renovation allowance to assit the home buyer with home renovation costs after closing. The NSP program applies toward the purchase of a foreclosed property in the redevelopment zone.
