New Residents Reference Letter

Justin and Claudia did an outstanding job of understanding the needs of my family and me, researching the market for homes that would meet our needs, and worked diligently to "close the deal" and get us into a home that we absolutely love.  They introduced us to the Pembroke Falls community, I was really impressed with the expertise that Justin had about the community and the various subdivisions within Pembroke falls.  Their knowledge and experience about Pembroke falls community helped us find our precious home.   Justin's knowledge about the real estate industry is really commendable. He is really up to date with the real estate trends and has specifically specialized in the Pembroke Falls community real estate trends.

Justin is also a numbers guy and provided us with detailed comparative analysis on the homes we were interested in. He goes above and beyond in his research and provides detailed analysis on the homes that he shows or sells, this I believe has really helped me in the home buying process; not just buying home for its price point or because you like the swimming pool in the home but instead he helps you think smart and make better decisions.  When you are dealing with Justin and Claudia they are their not just selling your home or helping you buy a home, instead they do their homework and describe the home to you compare to other homes that you have seen or will see.  One best example in my experience working with Justin was when I was concerned about the maintenance costs for a pool and how that impacts my purchase, he went in great detail to explain me how to maintain swimming pool in your home, similar to Do-It-Yourself tutorial, that information was incredible and such kind of information is readily available with Justin.

Justin and Claudia were very diligent in the negotiation process.  They were patient to find answers to all our concerns and helped us get a good deal on the home. They also helped us in the closing process working with my lender and the closing company, helping me in referring to insurance companies as well. 

We continued our relationship even after we closed the home which I think is very rare in the real estate industry that really speaks to the best level of service that they provide.  Being very familiar with the community they were kind enough to help us in settling in our new home, from helping get the utilities setup at our new home to help referring us to lawn mowing companies. 

Overall, really happy about the process and would definitely recommend Justin and Claudia for your next home.  I already referred one of my friends and he too is really happy about his home search with Justin and Claudia.
