Justin Willard holds a Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts Degree in Education from the University of Florida in Gainesville. He is a licensed Real Estate Sales Associate and Community Association Manager in the State of Florida. He has worked as a REALTOR since 2002. During which time he earned certifications in the Graduate REALTOR Institute and became eAgent Certified. Justin is also a Certified ProManage Instructor Trainer for Keller Williams Realty. He has Served on the Agent Leadership Council for three years. During which time he worked to grow the Keller Williams Elite Properties Market Center and served as a member of the Advertising and Education Committees. Prior to becoming a REALTOR, Justin worked as a Community Association Manager for DCI and CMS Property Management Companies. His duties included acting as the manager for up to 9 Condominium Associations and Home Owners Association. The experience gained during his time as a CAM Manager provides Justin with a unique understanding of the intricacies of dealing with different types of community associations during real estate transactions. Justin prides himself on acting in a consultative role with all of his clients.

Claudia Willard is a native of Venezuela. She has resided in South Florida since 1999. She is a licensed Real Estate Sales Associate in the State of Florida. She has worked as a REALTOR since 2003. During which time she earned certifications in the Graduate REALTOR Institute, Certified Distressed Property Experts Institute and became REO Specialist and eAgent Certified. She has served on the Agent Leadership Council for three years. Claudia is fluent in Spanish and English and has helped numerous international as well as native clients realize their dreams of home ownership. She has also worked collaboratively to assist clients with commercial acquisitions and leases.
